Our story
ClaraVerve Dynamics was founded by Rocio Ramirez, a neurodivergent workplace culture consultant who saw what most businesses miss: neurodiversity isn't a challenge to accommodate—it's a competitive advantage to harness.
After earning recognition for excellence in emotional and cultural intelligence, as well as formal training in organizational behavior and employee relations, Rocio launched ClaraVerve to help Arizona businesses build cultures where every brain thrives and every team excels.
We don't do surface-level diversity training or generic team-building exercises. We rebuild systems, train leaders, and transform workplace cultures using research-backed methodologies from McKinsey, Gallup, and SHRM combined with authentic, lived experience.
